They even emailed me about my forgotten wallet and kept it safe for me until I could retrieve it. The room was spacious and fantastic, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff's attentiveness was remarkable, loaning us a travel adapter and providing an umbrella when it rained. Their exceptional service truly made my stay memorable. Additionally, the location allowed us to experience the authentic local culture and enjoy delicious street food.

Breakfast is included and offers a good variety of food options. the staff is friendly and helpful, with one employee even offering to show guests around the city. the balcony offers a nice view of the surroundings.

This hotel is well-located in a district with plenty of Vietnamese restaurants, bars, and a cinema, and just a short walk or cab ride away from the bustling walking street. The staff was super-friendly and helpful, recommending the best pho I've had yet on my Vietnam trip and even giving me a tour of the city on a bike.

The staff here are mind-blowingly kind and super helpful! They will go out of their way to help you. When I was sick, the luggage man generously bought medicine for me and even asked if I wanted to change my breakfast to healing porridge. The receptionist kindly took me to my next accommodation on his motorbike, and the receptionist girl wrote down detailed recommendations for Vietnamese food and booked a jaw-droppingly fun tour for me. Every staff member provided outstanding service!
